Accommodation Provider refers to the owner of the service you are booking.

Terms of Reservation

These terms and conditions apply to individual accommodation bookings of individuals, unless a special agreement has been made and the terms and conditions of the priced product to be booked state otherwise. These terms and conditions apply to accommodation/event bookings made through this digital service. We reserves the right to use special terms and conditions that deviate from these terms and conditions if the use of special terms and conditions is justified by public holidays, special events, seasonal fluctuations or ancillary services related to accommodation.

Payments and Reservation Policy

All payments must be made in advance. Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation from the accommodation provider. Guests must provide accurate personal details when making a booking.

  • Check-in Time: 11 am (Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.)
  • Check-out Time: 11 am (Late check-out may be available upon request and may be subject to additional charges.)

Cancellation and No-show policy

Cancellations made 7 days before the arrival date are eligible for a full refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations less then 2 days before the arrival date.

In case of a no-show, no refund will be issued.

Modification Policy

Guests may request changes to their reservations (dates, room type, etc.), subject to availability and possible rate differences. We reserves the right to deny modifications if they do not comply with the original booking terms.

Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must follow all property rules and guidelines.
  • Any damage to the property caused by guests may result in additional charges.
  • Pets are allowed only if explicitly stated in the booking confirmation.

Force Majeure

The accommodation provider is not responsible for cancellations or modifications due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
